Thank you for choosing Royalsky Holidays as your travel partner, the Pioneers and most reputed travel management Company in Kerala. We feel honored that you have put your trust in us to make your travel experience unforgettable. Our team is dedicated to provide you with the most excellent service and ensure the quality of your trip to be seamless and enjoyable. The term Tourists/Travelers/You/Customers/ Clients shall mean the person who individually or collectively booking the tour packages which are availed from Royalsky Holidays. The term Company / We / Us / Royalsky Holidays shall refer to Royalsky Holidays.

We Royalsky Holidays are basically travel, tour and holiday organizers only. For making your tours/travels/holidays a comfortable one utmost care is given/taken by us in selecting the Restaurants/Food Courts/Hotels/House Boats/tents or Places of Stay. The places of stay selected are owned, controlled, and operated by their respective owners and we Royalsky Holidays do not have any ownership, authority or control over the said places of stay. The modes of transport like airlines, railways, buses, taxis, etc. provided by Royalsky Holidays are not controlled or operated by us. Any injury or harm, death or damage to personal property that arises out of our normal selection and inspection process caused by the act or omission from the part of the management or employees of any independent contractor, hotelier, Restaurants, airlines, coach owner/operator shall not make Royalsky Holidays liable in any manner.

Any passenger travelling through Royalsky Holidays or any tours organized by Royalsky Holidays should abide, comply, and strictly observe all the terms and conditions mentioned hereunder –

1). You are requested to provide the following documents at the time of booking of tour/holiday packages: –

• Valid Indian Passport, with at least six (6) months validity from the date of
• Two color photos (35mm x 45mm), not older than three (3) months, taken with a white background. Or of the dimension mentioned by the embassy of destination country.
• Certificate of Covid 02 Doses of vaccination completed (Must have completed 14 days since the date of vaccination) (only on request).
• Clear photocopy of Pan
• Must have a valid travel insurance which shall be effective on the date of the tour/holiday/package and in the absence of any travel insurance, on Your request vide email, we shall assist You in procuring a valid travel insurance and documents required for procuring the travel insurance shall be submitted by You as and when required by the insurance officials/agents.

2). In case of international tour/holiday/travel it is Your duty to carry all necessary documents for your travel as per itinerary. Your Passport must have valid leaf for stamping and at least have a validity of six months from the date of departure of Your tour/holiday/travel. For the said international tour/holiday/travel You have to acquire visa from the country that You are intending to visit Furthermore, you will be required to acquire the appropriate visas for going on the tour. It is Your duty to provide with all documents as and when required for processing Your visa application and in case if any document is not submitted by You in time the company cannot be held liable for the rejection of Your visa. You may fill the application form for visa with due care and diligence and also may have to present before the embassy/consulates as and when required by them. In case of any delay in receiving Your visa or rejection of Your visa due to unforeseen circumstances or delay from the part of the embassy/consulate Royalsky Holidays cannot be made responsible or accountable for such rejection or delay of visa. The total tour/holiday/travel package includes the cost incurred for applying and securing Your visa and in the instance Your visa application is rejected, then the remaining amount after deducting the amount incurred for application of Your visa (per Person) alone shall be refunded to You. After confirmation or receiving your visa only the Company shall make arrangements for hotels/stay/restaurant/transport/travel based on Your selected travel package. Copies of the passport are mandatory for all payments made in foreign currencies. You must carry the prescribe sum of money as per the law of the travel destination and strictly adhere to the Laws and travel guidelines of the destination country and in the event of any deportation issues that may arise due to lack of show money, misbehavior or failure to present the documents properly or expiration of passport or any other travel document or any failure in observing the Law of the destination place Royalsky Holidays shall not be held liable.

3). The airline service provided to You shall be subject to the tour/holiday/travel destination opted by You and We shall put in our best efforts to ensure Your safe and smooth journey available at the best price at the time of booking. With the regard to the cancellation/name change/date change of the airline service provided to You shall be processed as per the selected airline service terms and conditions and in case of any additional amount incurred for name change/date change, you shall be liable to remit the same to Us before three days of such departure. Further any loss, damage, harm is caused to YOU or by You during the travel shall not make Us liable in any manner. You are strictly bound to abide by all the terms and conditions including the flight schedule, reporting time etc. of the airline service and airport authorities during the time of your travel. In the event You fail to board the aircraft and miss the scheduled flight due to Your fault, Royalsky Holidays will not be responsible in any manner for such untoward incident and any refund if possible based on the airline service in this regard shall be refunded to You after Our processing charge. You shall report and make yourself available at the travel arrangement made for you at the airport for your further travel to the destinations within a maximum of 2 hours from arrival at the airport.

4). The type of meals/breakfast/refreshments/dinner provided in the Tours/Travels/Holidays shall be selected by You at the time of booking of tour/travel/holiday package and packaged meals are also provided at some of the In the event of any unforeseen difficulties Royalsky Holidays reserves the right to cause change in the menu and arrangement of meal provided to You and complaints raised any in respect of the meals / breakfast / refreshments / dinner provided will not be entertained by us.

5).We shall put in our best efforts to provide You hotels/stay/restaurant/transport/travel at the best reasonable tariffs ensuring utmost comfort subject to the tour/holiday season. Some Hotels/stay may require You to pay a Security deposit at the time of availing the accommodation facilities either in cash or card to cover the loss or damage that might be caused by You while using the facility and the same will be refunded to You back by them at time of vacating such accommodation facilities in full if such damage or loss has not been caused or in the event of any loss or damage is caused they would make possible deductions in the security deposit to the extent of the damage caused by You. You will have to abide by the rules and regulations of the respective hotels/stay/restaurant/transport/travel provided. In the unlikely event of any loss/damage of baggage or valuables from the respective hotels/stay/restaurant/transport/travel provided to You for which Royalsky shall and cannot be held liable. Any pre/post our/holiday/travel deviation the same must be informed at the time of availing/booking the tour/holiday/travel package and further last-minute changes in the itinerary are not allowed. In the event of You making any change in the hotels / stay / restaurant /transport/travel arrangements during the course of tour/holiday/travel, Royalsky Holidays shall not make any arrangements or refunds or pay any compensation or additional amount for such additional services availed or arranged by You. Further We shall not be liable for any damages caused by You to the hotels/stay/restaurant/transport/travel provided to You and You alone shall be responsible and liable to compensate for the damages caused to hotels/stay/restaurant/transport/travel. Any fine or penalty that you may incur during the course of the tour/travel/holiday due to non-observation of any Law or travel guidelines of the destination place You alone shall be responsible and liable to pay the said fine or penalty issued by the official authorities.

6). At the time of booking of the Tour/Holiday/Travel package it is expected and believed that You have gone through the itinerary and well aware about the same. The tour/holiday/travel shall proceed as per the itinerary and further You have to ensure that You are medically fit to undertake the said Tour/Holiday/Travel package and in case of any medical requirements during the course of this tour/holiday/travel shall be borne by Yourself as the accompanying tour manager will have to ensure continuance/fulfilment of the itinerary. You are strictly prohibited from smoking and consuming alcohol during transits. You are advised to check with the travel guidelines and basic Laws of the destination place You are intending to visit before the commencement of your tour/holiday/travel. You shall be liable to pay cleaning charges in the event of any inconvenience/ damages caused during the course of the tour due to any of your acts including motion sickness.

7). You hereby agree that Royalsky Holidays can use Your photographs or video clips taken or given by You on the tour/holiday/travel package for promotion of the company’s business.

8). At the time of confirming the tour/holiday/travel package the tourist shall have to pay 50% of the tour/holiday/travel package amount as advance and the rest of the amount has to be paid within 15 days/months from the commencement of tour/holiday/travel After payment of the advance booking amount, you will receive a reconfirmation message from Royalsky Holidays regarding the hotels /stay /restaurant / transport /travel arrangements. The rate of the package amount is based on the hotels /stay /restaurant /transport/travel price/rates at the time of booking of tour/holiday/travel package. In the event of any change in the price/rates hotels/stay/restaurant/transport/travel due to the price hike in fuel, taxes or any other ancillary or allied items necessary for the fulfilment of the itinerary shall be informed to You in advance and such increased rate/price has to be paid by You before the commencement of tour/holiday/travel.

9). In the event of cancelling the tour/holiday/travel package by You for any reason you shall have to initiate a request/application in writing along with the booking form and payment receipt issued by Royalsky Holidays at the time of booking and We are forced to collect cancellation charges from You for the cancellation of Your holiday/tour/travel package since the hotels/stay/restaurant/transport/travel arrangements are booked in advance by us for your comfortable journey. During the course of the tour/travel/holiday, if You miss out due to delay on your part, you will not be entitled to claim refund for the same. Any amenities opted by You at the time of availing of the tour/holiday/travel package not being used by You during the course of the tour /holiday /travel are not refundable. 

10). Royalsky Holidays makes only arrangements for your tour/holiday/travel package in accordance with your Royalsky Holidays cannot be held liable in any manner during the tour/holiday/travel for the following: –

• Any loss or damage or theft of valuables or You are obliged to take care of your valuables or documents with utmost care.
• Delay of buses, taxis, train or
• Personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, and other consequential loss
• Any travel plan/itinerary being cut down or shortened or sight-seeing missed due to Your fault or due to any unforeseen events or mishaps.
• Any change in travel laws/guidelines of the mother country as well as destination

11). In the event of any accident or death or sickness or personal injuries or medical emergencies, caused to You during the holiday/tour/travel all mandated laws, rules and procedure of the destination place and mother country are to be strictly adhered and followed by You in connection with the accident or death or personal injuries or medical emergencies will have to be taken care by You or Your relatives at their own cost.

12). In case of Force Majeure events such as pandemic, flight delays, cancellations, weather conditions, governmental or social actions (war, invasion, civil or labour strikes, lock down), infrastructure failures (transportation, energy) or any natural or man-made calamities etc. The Company shall have the right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package and facilities before or during the tour. This will be applicable only if an uncontrollable event is at stake. However, the Company will do the best to notify and alert you of such changes and events. If such a change is enforced, the Company shall not refund or compensate for the same.

13). In the event of you causing any legal issues or indulge in any illegal or unlawful activity during the course of your tour/holiday/travel to or from the destination or at the destination, or facing any issues due to public holidays or any strike or emergency situation at your tour/holiday/travel destination, Royalsky Holidays will not be responsible, accountable or liable for your such acts and further You alone shall be liable, accountable and responsible for the consequences arising out of such acts and on such issues as aforesaid due to public holidays or any strike or emergency, You shall not be entitled to any refund.

14). In the event of Your misbehavior or disturbance or any complaint raised by any co-passenger in writing or email to us regarding your misbehavior during the course of the tour/holiday/travel and after reasonable enquiry if the said complaint is found true Royalsky Holidays reserves every right to instantly and immediately terminate all services provided to you without refund. If any such incident occurs, Royalsky Holidays can claim compensation for loss of Goodwill from you at an interest rate of 12% per annum.

15). The Courts in Ernakulam alone shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any disputes, claims arising out of the tour/holiday/travel packages operated by Royalsky Holidays.
