Thank you for choosing Royal Sky Holidays as your travel partner. We feel honored that you have put your trust in us to make your travel experience unforgettable. Our team is dedicated to providing you with the highest level of service to ensure that your trip is seamless and enjoyable. Please read through the following terms and conditions carefully to familiarize yourself with our policies.

• In order to facilitate your travel arrangements, please ensure that you have the following documents ready:

  • Valid Passport: Your passport must have at least six (6) months of validity from the date of arrival.
  • Passport Photos: Two color photos (35mm x 45mm), not older than three (3) months, taken with a white background.
  • Vaccination: Proof of completion of two doses of vaccination (14 days must have elapsed since the date of vaccination).
  • Pan Card: A clear photocopy of your Pan Card is required.

• 50% of the package amount must be paid at the time of booking (Advance Payment).
• Reconfirmation procedures can only be completed after receiving the payment.
• Unused services for transfers, tours, and hotel accommodations are non-refundable.

• The following cancellation charges apply:

  • 0-14 Days prior to Departure: 100% of the Tour Cost
  • 15-30 Days prior to Departure: 75% of the Tour Cost
  • 31-45 Days prior to Departure: 50% of the Tour Cost
  • 46-50 Days prior to Departure: 30% of the Tour Cost
  • More than 50 Days prior to Departure: 20% of the Tour Cost

• Cancellation, Name Change, or Date Change will be processed as per airline terms and conditions. No cash refund will be provided; the amount will be adjusted in an upcoming package.

• Rates are valid for Indian Citizens Only.
• Reconfirmation procedures can be done only after receiving payment.
• Passport copies are mandatory for all payments made in foreign currency.
• Standard check-in time is 14:00 Hours, and check-out time is 12:00 Hours. However, these timings may vary as per local rules or the nature of the tour package.
• Passengers must have completed two doses of Covid vaccination at least fourteen (14) days prior to their travel date.

In the event of Force Majeure events such as pandemics, flight delays, cancellations, weather conditions, governmental or social actions, infrastructure failures, or any natural or man-made calamities, we reserve the right to alter, amend, change, or modify the tour package and facilities before or during the tour. We will do our best to notify you of such changes. However, we will not be liable for any refunds or compensation.

• Royalsky Holidays will not be held accountable for any misconduct by customers, including involvement in police cases, alcohol or drug use, or engaging in illegal activities.
• Customers are responsible for their own insurance coverage for sickness, personal injuries, medical emergencies, or deaths that may occur during the trip.

• Any pre/post tour deviation must be informed at the time of booking.
• Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach while on tour, as we will not be responsible for any loss.
• Guests must be on time for tours and transfers. The driver can wait for a maximum of 10 minutes.
• All guests must have valid travel insurance.

• We do not encourage or condone any form of absconding or unlawful behavior. We reserve the right to terminate the tour and revoke travel privileges if participants engage in illegal activities.
• Customers must comply with all rules and regulations of the tour or destination country. Any fines incurred due to non-compliance will be borne by the customer.

• It is mandatory for all guests to wear seatbelts while traveling in cars, vans, and coaches. Any fines issued due to non-compliance will be borne by the guest.

• If the guests need any pre/post-tour deviation, they same must be informed at the time of booking. Last-minute changes will not be entertained. However, guests are welcome to explore destinations on their own expense but as mentioned before unused services will not be refunded. 
• The security deposit may be required either in cash or credit card by hotels. Which will be refunded to you once you vacate the room without any damages/incidents. Security deposits are not collected by Royalsky Holidays as customers are required to directly pay it when they check in to the hotel. 
• Guests are advised not to keep their valuables in the coach while on tour. The company will not be responsible for any kind of loss of valuables from the vehicle. 
• If the vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the guest, he/she will be required to pay compensation amount to the coach company. If the hotel/room or any of their properties are accidentally or deliberately damaged by the guests, the hotel will have the right to charge for the damage. The same will have to be paid by the guest directly to the hotel before check-out.
• Guests are expected to be on time for the tours and transfers according to the information from the guide/tour manager. The maximum time the driver can wait will be 10 minutes.
• All guests must have valid travel insurance, if you need assistance to register or apply for travel insurance, please do contact our team before your travel date.
• Passengers must carry the required show money as per the rules of their travel destination. 
• The company will not be liable. If any form of deportation issues arise for the customer due to a lack of show money, indecent behavior by the customer, or failure to present the documents properly as per our instructions.
• Our company does not encourage nor condone any form of absconding or any unlawful behavior from travelers during the duration of the tour. 
• We reserve the right to terminate the tour and revoke the travel privileges of any participant found to be engaging in absconding or any illegal activity. 
• In the event that a traveler is unable to continue with the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, they must notify the tour guide or company representative immediately and follow the necessary procedures to return home safely. 
• The company shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the traveler as a result of their failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the tour or destination country.
• As per Law, it is mandatory for all guest to wear seatbelts while traveling (CAR, VAN & Coach). Any fine issued due to failure shall be borne by the guest.
