• Please note that the day-wise itinerary might change depending on weather conditions or any other contingencies.
• Please note that any type of misbehavior or misconduct during the journey will be taken as a serious offense.
• Please note that 12 years of age or more shall be considered as adults.
• Please note that lunch & dinner are not added to the package but while sightseeing food items are available.
• We shall proceed with your booking only after we receive your confirmation and advance & also please provide a local contact number for reference before traveling.
• In case of non-availability of rooms at the hotels mentioned, we shall provide you alternate hotels of similar category.
• The booking confirmation is subject to availability.
• Midnight charges apply for transfers between 2200 Hrs – 0600 Hrs
• The above rates are valid for the mentioned period only.
• The above rates are based on the normal season for booking any package. Please do reconfirm the price as surcharge may occur during peak seasons.

Required Documents

• Valid Passport, with at least six (6) months validity from the date of arrival.
  • Two colour photos (35mm x 45mm), not older than three (3) months, taken with a white
  background.
  • 02 Doses of vaccination completed (Must have completed 14 days since the date of
  vaccination)
  • Clear photo copy of Pan Card.
  • Address Proof copy (Copy of Adhaar Card, Voters ID Etc)

• 50% of the package amount must be paid during the time of booking (Advance Payment).
• Reconfirmation procedures can be done only after receiving the payment.
• Unused services for transfers, tours and hotel accommodation are not refundable
• No cash refund, amount will be adjusted in upcoming package.

Cancellation Period (No of Days prior to Departure) – Cancellation Charges (Per Person)

0-14 Days – 100%

15-30 Days – 75 % of the Tour Cost

31-45 Days – 50% of the Tour Cost

46 – 50 Days – 30% of the Tour Cost

More than 50 Days – 20% of the Tour Cost

• Cancellation/Name Change/ Date change will be processed as per Airline terms and
conditions.

• Rates are valid for Indian Citizens Only.
• Reconfirmation procedures can be done only after receiving the payment.
• Unused services for transfers, tours & hotel accommodation are not refundable.
• Passport copies are mandatory for all payments made in foreign currency.
• Standard Check-in 14:00 Hours, Check-out is 12:00 Hours. Which may vary as per local
rules or as per the nature of the tour package. (However, the assigned tour coordinator will
provide the needed details)
• Passengers are required to have completed two doses of Covid vaccination at least
fourteen (14) days prior to their travel date.
• In case of Force Majeure events such as pandemic, flight delays, cancellations, weather
conditions, governmental or social actions (war, invasion, civil or labour strikes),
infrastructure failures (transportation, energy) or any natural or man-made calamities etc.
We do have the right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package and facilities
before or during the tour. This will be applicable only if an uncontrollable event is at
stake. However, we will do our best to notify and alert you of such changes and events. If
such a change is enforced, we will not be able to refund or compensate for the same. Our
refund policy will remain the same.
• If a customer misbehaves and causes an issue at the destination, Royalsky Holidays will
not be held accountable. If a customer ends up involved in a police case for the same, or
due to alcohol or drug use, or engaging in anything illegal or inappropriate, it is
completely the customer’s responsibility.
• Please note that any sickness, personal injuries, medical emergencies, or deaths that may
occur during your trip are your personal responsibility and should be covered by your own
insurance. Royalsky Holidays will not be held accountable for any physical or mental
health issues or claims.
• If you experience any discomfort with our service, please feel free to notify the tour
coordinator or our office. Any legal complaints or procedures will be handled under the
jurisdiction of Ernakulam.
